Mini Herd
(Ages 1.5 - 3)
Mini Herd is our nature-based program for toddlers, built around gentle exploration, sensory play and the freedom to move at their own pace.
Through mud, water, animals and open space, children build the foundations that matter most at this age: trust, curiosity, coordination and connection to the world around them.
Created by a qualified teacher, Mini Herd is built on the belief that toddlers learn best not through structure, but through unhurried time outdoors, real experiences and the steady presence of trusted adults.
Wild Herd
(Ages 3 - 6)
Wild Herd is our nature-based school-readiness program for children who are ready for more independence, responsibility and challenge.
Through real tools, farm jobs, animal care, bush adventures and long-term projects, children build the skills that matter most before school: confidence, resilience, problem-solving, communication and independence.
Farm School (for registered homeschool families)
Our homeschool groups offer a slow, nature-based learning rhythm designed for curious children who learn best through doing, noticing and wondering.
Groups are kept intentionally small, with qualified teachers facilitating each session. Learning is guided by children’s interests and seasonal changes, with space for social connection, gentle challenge and meaningful contribution.

Whether you’re shooting family portraits, maternity sessions, or creative projects, we provide exclusive access to the property and animals so you can create images filled with warmth, texture, and authenticity.

Potions + Ponies Birthday Celebrations
Celebrate your child’s special day with a slow and magical farm celebration.
Our birthday celebrations are available exclusively to Mama Tree families. As an educational farm program rather than a traditional party venue, we host a small number of celebrations for families who already know the rhythm and feel of Mama Tree.
Gather under the fig tree for gentle pony interactions, potion play and time to explore. Families bring their own food, cake and party essentials; we provide the space, potions, pony experience and playful farm magic.
Elopements + Small Private Events
For couples seeking a simple, heartfelt way to celebrate their love, Mama Tree Farms offers a peaceful farm setting for elopements and intimate gatherings. Under the shade of our fig tree, with ponies grazing nearby and the sounds of nature all around, your day unfolds with calm and authenticity.
